Photoshop Expressin käyttöehdot muuttuivat

Adobe muutti, minunkin kevyesti kritisoimiani, Photoshop Expressin käyttöehtoja. Nykyisissä käyttöehdoissa tehdään selväksi että Adobelle myönnettävä kuvien käyttöoikeus sisältää vain sen mitä Adobe lainopillisesti tarvitsee jotta se voi hyvällä omalla tunnolla ylläpitää palvelua.

Minua alkaa kyllä hieman hymyilyttämään kun luen noita uusia käyttöehtoja. Näen silmissäni kuinka käyttöehtojen kirjoittaja kieli keskellä suuta vääntää rautalangasta selityksiä ja tarkennuksia. Alla esimerkki.
